Vacation Rental Rome–Try the Pink Rental!

pink apartment
Any people out there who love PINK who are planning a trip to Rome anytime soon? I think I’ve found just the place for you. The Colosseum Apartment is the one pictured above. I think it is a combination of the lighting and that wonderful duvet, but doesn’t it look just a tad…pink?

Of course if you’re planning on traveling to Rome, you need to find an
apartment rental in Rome. There are several advantages to this. First of all, you aren’t around fellow tourists all the time. Secondly, you can save a ton of money and have more amenities than you would get with a hotel. How? Well, apartments naturally have more amenities than hotels, you know, kitchens and all that. And, apartments sleep WAY more people than hotels do, so if you’re going on a trip as a family or with a group of the girls, the cost per person goes way down.

The third advantage is that staying in an apartment is simply more comfortable. Who wants to be cooped up in a hotel room every time they want to hang out at “home”?

Vacation Rental Rome makes finding apartments in Rome super easy. The prices are also right, although they vary widely. There are properties both small and large to choose from, in varying locations, so you can get exactly what you want.

Me, I’d go with the pink one. :-)

Pink Glass!

pink glass

I found it! Pink glass! It has taken many searches, but I finally found it by searching for “tumbled pink glass.” I don’t like it as much as the glass featured in my pink necklace post, but I still think it would make some awesome jewelry. I found it at mosaicartsupply.com. I don’t know why I didn’t try to find pink glass at a mosaic place before.

I’m thinking about contacting the person who made that necklace and asking them where they got the glass. It’s so incredibly cool!

Pink Phones in Budapest–and Glorious Apartments

pink phone
You know Budapest is a really cool place to visit the second you see their payphones. PINK! Bright pink! Budapest is my kind of city, obviously. Even before I found out about the pink phones, I’ve been looking into traveling to Budapest. It started when I saw a well-paying teaching job there that I was qualified for. I researched the city and became totally fascinated with it.

When I travel, I prefer to do so for a couple of weeks, and even longer if I can swing it. Especially if it’s to a destination as far away as Budapest. The joy of my work as a writer is that I can take the work with me, so I look for apartments to stay in instead of hotels. I found
apartments in Budapest that all have wifi, which is an absolute necessity for my line of work. (Every vacation I take is a working vacation, it seems!)

The site is actually called “Apartments in Budapest”–makes sense–and it’s incredibly easy to search. Just type in the dates you want to stay and watch what comes up. My favorite apartment is called “The Very Very Downtown Apartment in Budapest.” How cool is that? They have five star apartments liberally scattered in their selection at three star prices. It is Budapest, after all, where travel is still comparatively cheap.

Have fun checking this out, and if you go, take some pics of the pink phones!

Pink Tiera

pink tiara
Wow. On my search for “pink glass”, I found this awesome pink tiara at tantalising-tiaras.com. It is made of pink glass, which is how I found it. Now, I can’t personally imagine myself in a situation in which I would be wearing a tiara, unless it was on Halloween, during which I can dress up as the pink princess or something like that. I just don’t attend the sort of parties where people actually wear tiaras. Seeing this beautiful pink tiara, though, I kinda wish I did!

Fill Out Your Pink Bra

pink bra
There are many ways to fill out your pink bra! The bra pictured above certainly enhances the size of the bust! There are also some lovely pink bras that enhance cleavage as well, but if you want to not have to worry about getting the perfect bra (well, actually, a perfect bra is always good), you may want to consider breast augmentation. Years ago, I wouldn’t have even considered it, but as things continue on their downward gravity-enhanced slide, I’ll tell ya, it’s tempting!

If you live in Charlotte, North Carolina, you can get
breast augmentation Charlotte, North Carolina! Being so close and being able to get the surgery locally is a huge plus. Surgery can be stressful, so if you’re going to have it, why not have it close to home?

This particular clinic is Charlotte Plastic Surgery, and they offer lipo and laser procedures in addition to breast augmentation. While I personally won’t be having lipo, I think I could easily spend a week having various beautifying laser treatments done! I also wouldn’t mind if my twins were a bit perkier.

I don’t know about you, but I love looking at before/after photos of plastic surgery procedures. It really lets you know what’s possible. This is not the first site I’ve looked at, but it is the best! I was AMAZED at how good the tummy tucks were! Wow! The breast enhancements also looked very natural and showed skill.

If you live in Charlotte and want to have some work done, this is definitely worth checking out. Either that, or perhaps try on that bra in the photo!

Pink Necklace

pink necklace

I’ve been making quite a bit of jewelry lately, particularly those stretchy bracelets where you simply string beads onto elastic cord and then tie it off. Easy! If you put nice beads on, though, they look just as nice as something more complicated.

I haven’t been making as many necklaces, though. I just love the one pictured above. That is pink glass. I wonder where the jewelry artist found pink glass? When my older son was visiting over Christmas, he showed me how to wrap crystals with wire. So my next jewelry project will likely be something like what is pictured above. If I can find the pink glass, that is. Pink quartz just doesn’t do it for me, believe it or not.
